Refund policy

Hidden Michigan Monsters has a 14-Day Return Policy. You have 14 days from the time you receive an order to request a refund or an exchange. 
 
Returns/ Refunds

For easy returns, please contact our customer service team at: CustomerService@HiddenMiMonsters.com to ensure your return or exchange is documented and any potential questions have been answered. In most cases, a return is granted, and in every case, we’ll begin to keep an eye out for your return. 

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note, we apologize, but cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You may also have to pay for return shipping which will be deducted from your order refund.

Damages or Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, does not fit, or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you’re looking for is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
